Westfield UTC Re-launch

November 15th marked the Grand Opening of newly renovated Westfield UTC Mall.  Riviera Magazine sponsored this event, which was hosted by celebrity, Giuliana Rancic from E! News.  The event also featured an acoustic performance by British singer- songwriter Natasha Bedingfield and catering by none other than Authentic Flavors Fine Catering & Events. 

Elegant hors d' oeuvre such as our Steak Frites on a Potato-Scallion Cake with Béarnaise sauce and lemon-Lobster Salad with Fresh Tarragon inside puff pastry Round captured the taste buds of guests as they were treated to a night of opulence by the new and improved La Jolla shopping center.
