A popular trend that seems to be following us into 2013 is the cocktail reception.
A cocktail reception is perfect for receptions that start midday or late in the evening, because
it provides your guests with snacks to nibble on while mingling. Popular passed hors d'oeuvres
include: bite-size crab cakes, spring rolls, chicken kebabs and spinach puffed pastries.
You may also include a buffet table for grazing. For this we simply set up stationary displays
of fruits and cheeses, sweets such as truffles and squares or vegetables and dip. Be sure to
include small side plates and napkins for your guests.
