Wedding Trend: Seafood Wedding Menu

One of our most popular menu items is our Ahi bites. These delicious hors d’oeuvres are sesame coated and seared, and served on top of a wonton crisp. Ahi is such a wonderful tuna, and its natural flavor is complemented by the Asian influences in this recipe.
