For instance, one of the wedding ‘foodie’
trends for 2013 happens to be mint – which is handy considering the Mojito is
one of the hottest (not literally) cocktails around at the moment. A mint
garnish goes perfectly with most flavours of mojito – and other cocktails or
drinks for that matter.
Mint is a pretty versatile herb and can also
be incorporated into deserts easily enough, as well as chocolate. It’s a fine
accompaniment to lamb, and is also an excellent flavouring for peas. In fact,
