La Jolla Spotlight Dinner with Duncan Sheik

We recently had the privilege of catering a La Jolla Spotlight Dinner, which was featured in Riviera Magazine.

The event was filled with fun, laughter, and the amazing Duncan Sheik performed.

The menu we served:

We wanted to share a recent blog post with you from Riviera Magazine and the event on Yacht America that we had the privilege of serving:

La Jolla Playhouse Spotlight Dinner

Authentic Flavors joined Riviera magazine and La Jolla Playhouse for their new Spotlight Dinner Series in what turned out to be a magical evening at one of the grandest homes on the market.  

Guests purchasing tickets to the event were treated to fantastic entertainment by Richard Montoya of the famed political theater troupe Culture Clash. 

A delicious three- course dinner, provided by Authentic Flavors, was also one of the many highlights of this evening.  Playing off the “American Night” theme, Authentic Flavors put a gourmet twist to classic American favorites with hors d’ oeuvre such as: "Chicken & Waffles", consisting of buttermilk fried Chicken on top of housemade mini waffles with a drizzle of blueberry syrup. Proceeds from the event went to support the La Jolla Playhouse theater.
